Ive been a long standing decent, honourable and loyal tenant of Markknightproperty, I rented a small flat to get me off the ground when I left home.
Mark Knight ignore all your complaints, they are viciously rude to deal with, any repairs I have had to do myself. Ive been without heating and hot water on a regular basis. The tenants below me, use drugs and play loud music all night and Markknight simply do not care.
The environmental health have put in complaints because of the rubbish polution. On each call to Mark Knight I am told that there is nothing they can do.
I recently found another flat, I was so excited to move and needed a final reference from Mark Knight Property. Having never missed a payement and kept the flat to a high standard they advised me that they would not do the reference unless I paid them upfront their ridiculous fee.
Reluctantly I paid the money thinking that I would receive a good reference. Sadly this was not the case and their letter prevented my new application from being successful.
So I paid all the money for nothing. Please avoid using Mark Knight, I have heard from many people regarding deposits and poor treatment, nobody gets their deposit back and the staff especially a member called Lynne are awful and rude to deal with.
