This is a stock trading company that presented along with 6 other on  one day , all day format strictly over the internet. They offered a trial basis for 14 days for $28 to take a look with your credit card. It was somewhat complicated , met at early hours of the morning, and offered trades that had to be followed every day and offered minimal returns. What i saw was trades that were somewhat hard to follow and had to be adjusted and required a lot of time.

What I did not see in their instructions was how to cancel during the 14 days. I sent a request to be removed /unsubscribed from any future e-mails and communications as they were numerous and every day and every couple of hours. I did this before the 14 day trial ended. What they showed to me was they were having to adjust previous trades and did not look like anything i wanted to continue with.

What i did not see in their email was very short writing at the end of order was that after 14 days there was nothing I had to do, and my card would be charged for $398 for the next quarter or April 2015. I wrote them several e-mailss  to dispute the charge and asking for a refund for something I would never use, and tried calling and left 6 voice messages with their customer service saying every call is important. Never got a call from them and refused to refund me for something I never would use. What a ripoff.

We value the feedback of each and every customer in our program. Each customer is provided with full disclosure and transparency of our purchase terms and conditions, which stated that after the initial trial period a charge would be processed. The customer had two weeks to try our service and write to our customer care team to cancel if in any way for any reason or no reason displeased with the service. Despite having numerous channels, including email, phone, regular mail and fax to communicate during the trial period the desire to cancel, no request was submitted and a charge was processed according to the terms to which the customer agreed upon purchasing. Unfortunately, the customer was not pleased with this charge however it was fully agreed to by the customer upon initial purchase and fully disclosed numerous times. As with all our customers, we value the insights and feedback received and strive each day to improve our processes and support to enhance experiences and support customer objectives.
