I originally subscribed to Market Tamer's trading newsletter for a year ($2500) after which I chose not to use it further. Then they kept chasing me but I told them that they provide no performance data on their trade recommendations, and after one year of service I find them not very effective.  They kept insisting on selling their serves and one day a "manager" as he called himself called me and said that they had special lifetime offer on services for $4997. 

So i thought that I  would buy the service, even if I do not use it regularly. I asked him to send me a written document on the lifetime coverage. He said that my account would be marked with that status once I paid $4997 on Sept 26, 2015. I figured that I have the service for life.

Outcomes March 2018 and suddenly the company removes the services from me without any explanations. When I inquired, they said I owe them $499 a year since my subscription expired in Sept 2017! First of all, I have a lifetime subscription but then they say nothing until March 2018 that my subscription had expired! They know that they made a lifetime subscription to me and now wants to break the deal. I called them and all they sent me a standard letter, basically asking for money! I replied for someone to call and conversate. But no one ever called. 

 

This company will say ANYTHING to sell their service; with tall talks about investment gains. Get it all in writing. When I asked for it in writing, the manager brushed me off. as it being "on the account". Now they deny it all.
