Kevin White Marketing Solutions International Did not give me a prompt refund as promised. Hornlake Mississippi
I invested a total of $349.99, to business owner, Kevin White CEO of Marketing Solutions International (MSI) on November 22nd 2006. I signed a contract that stated upon receipt of my investment I would receive 12 trained Sprint Nextel Cellular Sales Representatives to manage for MSI (Cellular Sub Dealer for Sprint Nextel) and receive a profit of all sales made by my team. Kevin White defaulted on this contract.
I have tried numerous times through email and by phone to contact Kevin regarding my refund. The majority of my calls were ignored and when I finally did speak with him he never resolved the issue. I have consistently tried contacting him since March 1st 2007 regarding this issue. There have been several arguments where he admitted he owed me money, and promised to pay it back, but has not done so. I managed to meet with Kevin around mid March 2007 and was able to recover $100 of the money. He still owes me $249.99 and again has made several promises to repay my money and even signed a contract on March 21st 2007, stating that he would refund my money within 10 business days and I should receive this payment around April 8th 2007. I still have not received my refund. I called Kevin on April 9th 2007 and emailed him, attaching read receipt notifications to each email regarding my refund. He read the email but did not respond, I also called and emailed him on April 10th 2007 he read the email and still did not respond. I have patiently waited and trusted Kevin to honor the "refund contract" and repay the money.
Consumer's Desired Resolution:
I am asking that Kevin White promptly repay the money that he owes me. I have all documents proving that he owes me $249.99 along with an E-signed document promising to pay the money back. I will be more than happy to furnish all documents if necessary. I am asking that the full refund of $249.99 be submitted by cashiers check, money order, or to my Pay Pal account ASAP.

He is a liar and fraud. I worked for him and didnt kow everthing he was doing was a scam till later and didnt want no parts of it. Kevin changes companys to remove the heat from the kitchen! Kevin CEO Marketing Solutions International, MSI Cellular Group, Business Consultations Inc, Black Collegiate INternational, Timeshare, Credit Repair Company. Now DLHG INC.ORG. He lives Kentucky now. Hes not rich just has a mind to scam others, to make a living while he its on his butt at home! He dont own a fortune 500 company nor ever had a commercial place of business. He works from home. sure he owes the company Sprin millions of dollars. He set up businesses (well the businesses are unaware) with phones lines, sprint mails the phones to an address he gives and then somehw ths mastermind cleans the phones and sales the in bundles. I have let him use my paypal but he messes that up with fraud. He also ran a company from home doing credit
repair and thousands were pissed including a man that sold his car just to repair his credit but was promised his credit would be permanately deleted after 3 months. So the guy tells me that he only sold and chose to walk to work because he was sure to get another veh. Kevin White is also on facebook. Im think its wrong and I quit because I found out the truth.... God is good and 1 day he will weep what he sow!!!!

I urge anyone who has been ripped off by Kevin White pursue this to the fullest extent allowed by law. I had no idea he had ripped off so many people.
