It was all good with Marlboro for a couple years. I had no problem with ordering and getting it delivered, and I even got the birthday cards and stuff. I was shorted half my order the last time, including an item that required cash and miles.

I got the run around deal for some time but let it go cause I don't have the time to spend 30 minutes on the phone waiting to be told to call another number... Since I have moved I have not even been able to get a catalog and all that good stuff. I have did the age verification thing, but have still got nowhere.

I have used the 800 number and phisycal address, and still can't get one. Bummer, I am just assuming they are overwhelmed with their program. Considering the fact there are, probably billions of Marlboro smokers, and you can bet that at least 60% of these people are using the program to score cool gear.

It kinda sucks, cause I was just about to try to get a catalog again, then ended up here. I'm still gonna try to get one and hopefully I don't get screwed, as it sounds like alot of ya have. If you move around alot, that DOES have an affect on the situation, cause they have to make sure you are of age, and if you're at a new address, they don't know who ya are.

So, then it's the age thing and all that good headache stuff...lol. Well, best of luck to all that have been let down, and hope we get things in order sometime soon, literaly...lol
