Three times over a period of about two years, (2004-2006) we had requested miles redemption catalogs. Once I was flatly denied because it was said my identification did not positively prove I am over eighteen years of age. I am over fifty & have had the same drivers' license number for more than a quarter of a century! Twice the catalogs were suposedly en route, however never recieved.

Now, of course, the Marlboro miles program is discontinued. It seems the program was discontinued somewhat earlier than formally announced by Marlboro. By virtue of the old fashioned run around, we are stuck with dozens of miles and broken promises from a formerly trusted company. I have learned I am not alone and this has happened to others as well. Coincidence? I think not!! Marlboro, you folks should take heed. This is most unprofessional and demonstrates poor business posture.
