Complaint Review: marten transport - mondovi Wisconsin

Apparently there must have been something they found wrong with the background of this individual or they were less than honest on they're application. Why would Marten send an new employee to pick up equipment and the call them off before the pick up and terminate so soon?

Thowing out the race card is another red flag about this report! That's a pretty blatent accusation!

 make them pay for services up front or dont do nothing.

you should of drove the truck back to them on their dime.

• .If you call a driver and offer to pay to pick up a truck you can not refuse to pay when the work is accomplished ,by parting ways when its in writeing . If you call a tow truck you don't ask what the driver does between Desoto,TX and Memphis,TN  . He may stop for coffee at truck stops  he may drive straight ,they get a service not anything more. They offered me a hotel in Desoto,TX before I left  but I refused it because they are indian givers, when they give you something they want it back ,such losers .  I stopped at the house to pick up stuff top stay out for three weeks at a time  ,and stayed overnight at my house to avoid hotel charges to me. then the next day arrived and the shop closed and they gave me a hotel  instead of staying in the truck . I went to the terminal and test drove the truck which had panels missiing and a brake chamber air leak maybe or a relief valve leak. I wrote it up and of course if the DOT down in texas does a roadside inspection and hears a air leak. They WILL write it up. Oil under the bunk was all over the floor from some one that keep oil jugs with leaks in a 2013 freightliner cascadia.  The DOT can shut me down on the spot for a air leak in the brake system,and anyone else school bus or public bus, or tractor trailer semi. When I work I call ahead a make a appointment when I am going to be there so the reciever is there and the appt is set ,if its a when I get there appt for no set time I just get there when I can. The issue is when it comes time to pay the company ran from the person they had to pay.
• Deadbeat company they need to have their photo up in the post office on the wall. They will be run roughshod over , treated like their not supposed to be there. Plain and simple you have to pay the driver to work .They can not got into a restuarant and eat then at the end decide they don't want to pay and leave. These people at recruiting Tim ,Jill ,Mary Boos , and the whole company are hooligans , career criminals. they are a time bomb . Jill and Tim and the others are fountains of misinformation and walking advertisements for birth control.  My investigation showed a bunch of pig nosed egg sucking dogs in Martens recruiteing and otherwise. This is more reason for any person not to work for them ,because your retirement will be absolete, . They can not even pay travel to the job and orientation pay and truck pick up pay they said they would pay. They do not do what they say they are going to which is fraud, theft of service . They did not get much I stopped them in their tracks . There is no money in what they are doing if they are stoped short. This is loses to them. Truck driveing is a high paying job which will make drivers wealthy, and get anything they want, medical insurance, money, big homes, vacations, retirement after 10 years, nice clothes.,a good spouse. the problem is what to do with all the filthy cash.

Even though your report could be true, there is no detail of what actually happened between you going to pick up the truck in TN and the time they terminated you. What had happened?

And please do not add the racial comment! If you keep thinking that you are a victim, then you will never be able to get better in life because you let it get to you everytime you go out to meet other people. In othe words, you would have had bias on the issue and would try to relate any problems to it even before you try to do anything!
