I puchased an item off of Universal Live Auctions though Auctionzip.com. After being the winning bid, I paid for the item and waited for it to arrive. It never came and after calling and only getting voice mail and no return phone calls I started to email Universal Live auctions. It took almost three weeks to get a responce. Only after fileng a dispute with Master Charge did he ship the item. The item was being shipped from Brooklyn Ny which isn't his location so I can only assume he was selling items he didn't have.
No customer service, poor way to treat a buyer. I can't believe that Auctionzip would allow some one like this on there site.
