Hi Marty Upfall met me to buy a pair of $8000 2K diamond earrings we agreed on $3000 for them he gave me $1500 cash and wrote me a bad check for $1500. We both signed an agreement that he would pay me the money and that the check was good after getting the bad check back and a $35 fee Marty did not answer my phone calls . I want my money he owes me plus the $35 I charged from the bank. He gave me his business card with an address of Martin Jewelry Services Marty Upfall President Ft.
