Marty/Martin Robertson Marty/Martin Robertson Has negated and has been delinquent on Real-Estate Contract, presently was stealing Albuquerque City Water from a business behind the property Albuquerque New Mexico
Martin/Marty Robertson also uses a last name of Robertosn, and are alias names to hide his identity. He has a middle initial of "L" as well.
The above person with his mother (as so is declared and stated) Patricia Robertson (mother)? Have a real - estate contract with me. The Real-Estate contract stated they had five years to get a loan, since it is presently under a escrow account, to get a loan and completely pay me in full for the property.
They have been behind on payments, in violation of the real - estate contract. Patricia Robertson makes the payments, when she has done so, the so called son, probably a alias person, since her deceased husband had the same name as this son, or the one that he uses, does not help with the payments. This Martin/Marty fellow has approx. three to four vehicles out side of the property they were attempting to buy from me, so it seems the son has money for other things, but not to pay this mortgage? On ripoffreport website he has altered his name several times as (alias)'
It also shows this son above had sold a person in Georgia some auto parts, which was paid for in advance thru PayPal, but never received the auto parts either! This above person is a scammer! So is the mother who has brought him up like her.
