Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Maryhaven Main Campus 1791 Alum Creek Drive, Columbus Ohio 43207 had the nerve to snatch back a prize won via raffle. This agency is a non-profit that has the most evil employees to walk the earth. This place needs exposed.

A nurse by the name of Stormy won a Playstation 4 fair and square via raffle entry. However, someone Human Resources stole it back stating, "You are agency so you cant have it?" Who or What employer would ever do this?

Stormy may have been agency but why was she allowed to get a raffle ticket in the first place? Did Maryhaven post a disclaimer that agency nurses could not get enter the raffle?

Leadership at Maryhaven and all it's funders should be ashamed of them! How embarrassing and humiliating was for the nurse? She has young children! She entered the raffle and won; but the GRINCH of Maryhaven stole the Playstation 4 prize back from the nurse! Who did this? Who is the GRINCH? Terminate them!

Give the awesome Nursefinders of Ohio her prize back. Then your human resource staff tries to bribe her and ask if she would like 2 Kroger cards instead? Who in the world is this human resources person, what a complete clown? What a slap in the face.

You will be exposed for all your wrongdoings. Now they lost a great Nursefinders agency nurse once again (they took another nurse off schedule because she advocates for policy and standard operating procedures which they don't have ANY!)

This place is unorganized, unprofessional, and down right unjust and bias approach to everything it does related to employees for certain and patients as well.  What staff member stole the Playstation 4 that this woman won fair and square? Terminate them!

The ADAMH Board and plenty additional external constituents have been notified of this incident, the suggestion is to remedy it quickly. An extensive investigation into the practices of this entity is necessary.

Many of the actions of staff and most in leadership roles are corrupt and have gone unnoticed. Well, I noticed and will continue to expose. Stop wrongdoings or get exposed!

There is no law! Please provide the source of your information. The entity should be aware of any laws or restrictions prior to allowing agency nurses to participate in raffles or any other games. Given the entity did not have a disclaimer and actually provided the agency nurse with the raffle ticket entitles her to the winnings she won fair and square. Are you the evil, bias, corrupt wrongdoer? The ADAMH Board and several external agencies are aware of this unethical action and you or the person responsible will be held accountable. No job is in jeopardy, remember Stormy is not a Maryhaven employee she is agency. I don’t work for your corrupt entity and advise others to leave rapidly and/or never attempt employment with Maryhaven MAIN campus that is. Right is right and this is about the principle behind your wrongdoings which occur regularly.

Your human resource manager and the staff members are often involved in malicious acts against employees and deliberately commit outrageous and wanton acts against employees each does not like. Please provide the company policy on participation rules in raffles and/or games;as well as the law you spoke of in your rebuttal. Give back the device you stole, apologize and stop targeting employees. We’re you angry Stormy was more attractive than you? Appears all the employees HR females deem as competition somehow have complications and are singled out for abuse. Stay out the mirror, remove the fake lashes, comb your wig, and set out to give back the PlayStation. No time for Indian giving.

If you(and yes it is obvious it is YOU or someone related to you) are employeed or have a relationship with the business running the contest, there are Federal Sweepstakes and contest laws that forbid you from being able to win a prize.  Whether or not you knew this or they told you doesn't change the fact that once your relationship was found they were bound by law to withdraw your winnings.

Trying to be some advocate and put your job on the line over a Playstation you don't have a legal right to, perhaps wasn't the smartest thing to do.

If the playstation is really just a Red Herring and has nothing to do with your real complaint then adding fluff like this does nothing for your credibility.
