This notice is in regards to my purchase of the produce from the Maryland Men’s Medical Clinic. I contacted the Maryland Men’s Medical Clinic on 5/5/2014 to discuss returning the product due to my changing my mind about using the product. During the conversation discussion regarding returning the product, I was to by Mr. Chuck Spenser, he had to make a call regarding my issue and he would get back to me. I did not get a call back so I called Mr. Spencer back two day (5/7/2014) later again to discuss returning to the product. Mr. Spencer was not available at the time of the call, so I left a message.
On 5/8/2014, I became very sick with a high fever. I was out of work the following week after being diagnosed with a severe bladder infection. When I returned to work, I found out Mr. Spencer returned my call while I was away from the number I left for a return call. I explained to Mr. Spencer why I did out of reach at the time of his call and I was treated for a sever bladder infection. While I was out, my legs became very weak to the point where I could not stand for more than 1 minute at a time without sitting for rest.
While on a following visit for the bladder infection, I discussed the issue regarding my legs with my urologist, and he informed me, having a bladder infection would not have any effect on my legs.
Upon my return to my office, I again call Mr. Spencer to let him know of the possible side effects from the shot and Mr. Spencer was not available at the time of the call. I left a message for Mr. Spencer to return my call and of course, I have not received and calls from his office or the company responsible for the medication.
I have file complaints against the Maryland Men’s Medical Clinic because it appears this company main focus is to sell a product and without any concerns for the health of the patient. I say this because while I did sign for the credit, which I was not informed about the interest rate or my income or expense obligations.
Like a previous complaint, I was told the same thing regarding my insurance would pay about 60 percent of the cost.
I just want to return the product without the obligation of paying for a product I do not wish to use
