To this so-called client, Dub: My name is Rich and I'm the person whos name you misspelled in your untrue complaint. I do not respond well to threats. However, if you would like to still "meet up and settle this", why don't you give me a call at the phone number that you should have, ask for me, and we can make an appointment. Whatever issues you may have with the company can be resolved, although I do have a few questions that I would like to know (so if you do call - have the answers ready): 1) How far behind were you on your mortgage BEFORE you signed up with us? (Because if you were booted out by the sheriffs soon after signing with us, you HAD to be severely in arrears, and we were probably not told this by YOU. If we had been told, we probably would not have accepted the file!); 2) If it did take a while before we were able to do anything, and it was more than a few months before you were evicted, what were you doing during all that time? (I know if I was about to lose my home, I would to whatever I had to do to keep it - even if that included spinning one of those d**n arrow signs on a street corner!) Did you save any money like you were definitely told? Probably not - If you can't afford a hotel, you probably don't work. I look forward to hearing from you! Thank you for your time!

please read the email of the client from Granada Hills they will just take your money for a commision check thats it you will lose your house like he did and as a example to let you know they didnt work on his case Mason Capital tells you what you want to hear they promise the world are attemt to work on your behalf and get you nothing No one company can do all what they say lower your rate, past due payments on the back end, lower payment, stop sale date, principal balance reduction, that is false if that were true how come the Forclusure rate is going up every week it seems like check the news this is a scam and dont send them any money please save your self the stress and heartache.

I would love to know who you are so we can look up the information that you are stating. We have been helping homeowners and have had a wide range of sucess keeping homeowners in their home and getting a work out plan. I am also a consumer and i know that if i miss a payment with my phone company they too will also suspend my services, so i dont feel that it fair to say that we did not do our job if you never made your payments. I say this with all intensions to help i would like to know who you are so i can pull out the fille. I wish you the best and if you need to contact me call at (866) 749-4916 and ask for Rich Sapluto.
