Complaint Review: MASON CAPITAL GROUP - TARZANA California

I have noticed more than 5 reports on Mason capitol (mcg) with different names abbreviated the feds need to look into this...Rip-Off report needs to look also and let it be known..I've listed particular names of individuals that are involved in the racketering with mason capitol fake leading loan modification and taking people money..They are manupilative and using the loop holes in the lws to break them and something must be done...they are still getting away with tricking innocent people and taking their money...I wish more people would come forward about this particular company one of them once told me there is nothing i can do and they will keep on doing it..its a frre world and if people dont use their senses well to bad....and then he hung up...

Dear eyewitness, First and foremost, if you so called witnessed such acts why don't you leave your full name instead of hiding behind 'eyewitness"? You say you are an ex employee of mine. In my 10 years I have only had 5 employees, 2 self contractors, and 1 sales agent who worked for my office. Due to making false allegations I have contacted my attorney and have begun our own investigation to find out who YOU are and I will proceed with anything and everything I have to to protect my reputation and move forward with legal actions with YOU for trying to make up false statements. I have also requested from this company who YOU are and when I find out my attorney will be contacting you. I am grateful to say in the 10 years I have been in business I have never had a misunderstanding nor miscommunication with any of my clients that was not resolved with a positive result. This is becuase of my philosophy that I am in a service industry to help my clients with the utmost care and guidance. In regards to Mason, I did not offer assistance in this type of service so I referred one client Mrs. Rivera who worked directly with Mason and its service reps. After a few months Mrs. Rivera shared with me that they were not helping her so I stepped in becuase I care very much about my clients. I helped get her FULL REFUND back with her credit card company. And I have asked my client to submit her own testimonial in accordance to me helping her 100%. Any client can request a refund from a service company who does not deliver by calling the company directly and if they do not render refund they can call the cedit card company they used to pay for the service and their credit card will refund the full amount. Second, mentioning my Mentor in this allegation is also false. NewKey has nothing in connection with Mason Capital. Mr. Lee is one of the most honest and caring person's I have ever met in my entire life. Third, me selling Herbalife? I am not and never have been a Herbalife distributor. Fourth, reporting me to the FBI and stating I should go to jail is a huge allegation that will cause a lot of friction in your life. In 10 years I am once again graetful to say I have never had a situation in my business matters where I have a lacked integrity with my clients and caused any bad karma upon my record of business. I have asked past cleints to submit their business experience with me and they have agreed to do so in purpose to reject your false statement. I will be contacting the FBI this week and clearing up this so called investigation. I have not been contacted nor have I ever been or am under any investigation with the FBI. Fifth, who is Oceanview Lenders? never heard of this company. Just comes to show you never worked for me and are creating false rumors. Hello All, My name is Richard Lee. I've had the honor of being CEO of Newkey and her predessessor for almost 10 years now. The purpose of my rebuttal is first and foremost to protect any innocent eyes that would be lied to by "Eye Witness of Corona". To protect our many wonderful, current and future customers, our dedicated staff and families, and Integris agents---is the foremost purpose of my reply. FACT: Newkey has enjoyed almost 10 years of PERFECT UNBLEMISHED consumer track record with REAL governing agencies such as; Department of Real Estate and Better Business Beareu. Why? Because we take building Integris relationships with utmost importance. Therefore, we will even respond to non-credible lies such as "Eye Witness", spoken without fact cross-checking on a non-regulated site;such as RipOff. Case and Point: The Mason original Ripoff report above, didn't even mention Newkey, Angie Ramirez, nor myself. It's a unrelated New York grievance NOT related to Newkey. So then why did Eye Witness("EW") choose to spew-out what They said on this thread?? The answer to an intelligent mind? Plain and simple Slander from a jealous competitor... An intelligent mind would see it. Here's Why: Newkey is in a Industry that's HIGHLY regulated by the DRE-- Department Of Real Estate. DRE has increased their regulation power and staff by 10 times according to latest annoucements. Every day, companies that do fraud on a fraction of the level that EW inuendos to, are being closed down,with many of the owners being incarcerated. Bravo!! So if EW was for REAL, then why EW states, "he's waiting to hear from FBI"? Wow, what mellow drama... What entertainment... But let's see with our Wisdom. C'mon, the FBI??! Who are burried and inundated with chasing people and mega-companies like AIG, Bear Stearns, CountryWide..., Bernie Madoff and Sir Alan Night --who Ripped mutli-tens-of billions?!!!! EW, you're going to wait for a LONG,LONG,LONG time for that FBI call. So please let me help you move forward QUICKLY; with your wish that "Angie Ramirez and Richard Lee goes to jail". Contact a REAL regulatory agency, the Mother of all of them---DRE. Tell them about these, as you purport, "existing complaints and FBI offenses..." The REAL question to EW; why haven't you contacted the DRE already? Especially, as you stated, you worked with Ms.Ramirez in our industry?? Then you would know EXACTLY how SERIOUS the DRE would take your allegations,and you won't have to be waiting next to your phone for a FBI call. AND you're in Corona, they're in L.A---so it's a very short drive too! No waiting! WHY? Why haven't you EW? Isn't it because the DRE is a REAL regulatory agency unlike this site. And DRE will do SERIOUS DUE DELIGENCE on all parties including YOU--EW. Meaning, DRE will see the Truth! And they'll penalize YOUR SLANDER! DRE will do their own homework on REALLY who you are. You see,they're use to Slander of weak competitors to Good companies such as Newkey, whom has earned a track record of Integrity with their customers for almost 10 years--lasting even longer than most in our industry. MASON IS ANOTHER FINANCIAL FIRM THAT IS PARTNERED WITH OCEANVIEW LENDERS, NEW KEY, STEP UP TO YOUR DREAMS, ANGIE RAMIREZ AND RICHARD LEE!!! Listen, I used to work for Angie Ramirez, who's immediate boss is Richard Lee of New Key, who is partnered lenders with Mason, OceanView Lenders, Step Up To Your Dreams and Everlast, even she sells Herbal Life. You should file a complaint with the FBI - on Mason, on the basis of Loan Fraud. There are existing complaints with the FBI on Angie Ramirez and New Key. I saw too many clients of Angie Ramirez, complain and never get their loans approved or go through. I no long work for Angie, but let me tell everyone out there,,, STAY AWAY FROM ANGIE RAMIREZ AND RICHARD LEE. They just take your money and deliver false promises. There is shady scam going on with them, I myself am waiting to hear from the FBI, and give them all the exact detailed information on all the fraud they practiced.
