Matchmaking Introductions Ana Loiselle Scammed Me Albuquerque, New Mexico
Never give your money up-front to a business and sign a non time-based contract no matter how good the advertisement pitch sounds (especially with no refund policy). At the beginning, this matchmaking service sounded wonderful and exciting, and Ana Loiselle sounded honest, sincere, and client-oriented. At the time I signed the contract, I was influenced by her charm and did not get the feeling that I signed a client-antagonistic contract, but now I do.
Under this type of contract, this matchmaking business can take your money, provide almost no service, and years will pass by without any promised dates or if there are, there may be one or two mediocre dates that were given little effort to put together. Then because you signed a non time-based contract with no refund policy, you are stuck.
Because I have not had prior experience with con artists, I was unfortunately too trusting with this business. This business took thousands of dollars from me, a long time has passed by, and I have received almost nothing in return for it. What was promised to me in the initial interviews in terms of quantity of dates, expected time between dates, and most especially quality of service is extremely different from what I have experienced.
Ana Loiselle is far less personable and courteous after she took my money. Weeks or months can pass by without any contact from her, and I always have to be the one to contact her first. Even though I have been nice and don't even contact her that much, it seems like she mostly just complains and is not happy at all about having to provide me with any service even though she holds my money hostage. I have no idea where she is coming from.
For the record, out of all of the hundreds of businesses I have dealt with and/or paid in my lifetime, my experience with Matchmaking Introductions is by far the worst. This is only the third time in my life that I have ever filed a formal complaint about a business, and the last time I ever made a complaint was over a decade ago.
Unlike the other couple of businesses that I complained against earlier in my life, I don't feel safe giving my name along with this complaint. I am not sure how this business will retaliate.

I am deeply committed to caring and working hard for my matchmaking clients, and having this be a wonderful experience for them. Seeing things about me and my business being posted this way saddens me greatly, but I can take this as a learning experience and use it to improve upon my services. This is also an opportunity to make this unhappy customer into a happy one.
