I ordered the Sauna Waist Trainer through an ad on Facebook back on 6/29/17, I figured I would receive the product within a week or two.  I called the number on my emailed receipt to inquire where my order was around 7/15/17, after a few days I received an email back stating that orders typically take 2-4 weeks and once shipped I will receive an update with a UPS tracking number.

Well it is now 8/15/17 and I have never received anything stating the order shipped.  I've called and sent several emails with no response.  I've tried to reverse the charge on my debit card but haven't been able to do so. 

I see that other's have been ripped off as well according to your website!  I will never ever again order anything from an ad on Facebook, nor will I ever order anything again without googling to see if there are complaints.  The issue with this particular company is that there is no name on anything until you receive the receipt which just states Matthew Hagberg.
