Sorry to hear you were dissatisfied Mamm, The company excange policy is printed right on the invoice: the bed exchanged must be equal or greater value and customer will pay the difference between regular posted prices. I can tell you that all matress retail companies operate in this manner, however Mattress Giant is the only Mattress store who actually gives you a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. All competitors grant is a 30 day sat exchange, providing a treatment is actually used to protest the mattress. I am employed with Mattress Giant and I am very proud to work for a company who works hard to provide you the consumer with this 90 day option. It is imperative to the consumer that you ask questions in the store, and clarify if needed, if you are unsure about specific answers. And PLEASE read your invoice, we the sales people are more than happy to go over it with you. Please be aware of this so that your future purchases go smoothly, and you do not bad mouth a company with outstanding customer service.
