Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I opened the doors to my CA location of Maui Whitening in May of 2015. This "dealership" requires you to pay for the Maui name and the equipment to get you started. Not to mention you are forced to pay $640 in autoship every month even if you have enough inventory for the next 3 months. You HAVE to pay it no matter what. Nikki Swisher(CEO) will gladly bill you for the kits for them to arrive 2-3 weeks late. Anyhow, unlike franchises, you don't get any support from corporate in terms of advertising. They will give their whole sales pitch about them providing you with the marketing materials you need to market yourself but its all just a bunch of poor photoshop that you can get done for free on your own.

From the get go they will claim their dealership is on SALE and will only remain at that price for a limited amount of time so you better purchase soon and that as a bonus they will add 20-30 free kits. The kits claim to expire but other teeth whitening salons use identical products that last years. This is said by Corporate to get their dealers to buy more kits. DONT FALL FOR IT. You can get every single bit of equipment and materials for far cheaper online. You're essentially paying for the brand and allowing permission for this company to dip into your bank account for a name that no one recognizes. If you mention McDonald's, everyone knows what that is.

Hey lets go to Ralphs, oh yeah i need more milk at home. Hey lets go to Maui Whitening. Let's go to what? Yeah no one knows what that is (Stupid name really) For any business, the beginning is always the hardest and slowest until you get things rolling. Well you guessed it, this business never got rolling. After spending thousands on advertising both online and through flyers, it was very difficult to get people in the door. Of course Nikki Swisher will blame the Dealer for not performing and earning thousands of dollars a month. As the months rolled by the investment became steeper as I had to use my own savings to cover the expenses of the salon since hardly any was coming in from the salon. Nikki Swisher will promise six figure incomes with this business model claiming people will set up appointments all day long.

She will claim none of her salons have closed even though its untrue. Don't believe a word she says. Her career path is heavily based in marketing so she knows how to "sell" you an idea no matter how bad it is. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this scam. I know many others that are struggling in the Maui name and they all regret their decision. If you do not believe me, call the dealers yourselves and tell them you saw this ripoff report. Nikki Swisher wants your money and will sell you this unprofitable business to anyone she can get her hands on. Below find her linkedin, Facebook, and bullshit sales pitch that you've probably heard over the phone if you've ever listened in on one of her conference calls.
