Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought a model year 2004 Chrysler Pacifica, while test driving it, someone named Maurice tells me I'm not buying the car. I kept my cool, and let the other person who had an appointment (called earlier) check it out. I waited and waited, and eventually while I was inside and my kids were in the car outside (with my 15 year old son), Maurice starts tackling another employee and kicking him. My kids saw this and were terrified, my 8 year old daughter was crying intermittently for the next hour and a half, afraid for the employee who was attacked. They were calling each other names (using the f-word half a million times with the kids listening). I don't think these are really good selling practices. What really pissed me off was that I called 3 days later and he answered the phone. I don't know how he wasn't AT LEAST given a "break".

Fast forward, we're buying the car, we paid about $9500. The dealer promised to fix a couple things (the fender was sticking out of the side, and there were two missing screws holding the grille in). We took it home, the next day (my wife was so happy with the car), the check engine light turns on. We took it to Advance Auto and a code P0300 came up (random/multiple misfire). All three motor mounts were broken also. 4 days in the shop and $1000 later, my wife is scared to drive the car. She's been in a bad mood ever since we bought it. My mechanic got pissed at me for this because I had to take it back twice more. The alternator bearing is also bad, it makes a very severe noise when the engine is being shut off. Also makes a grinding noise in the engine. I had to reject trips (I'm a livery driver), at least $200 a day so I can take my wife to work (car in the shop).

I called the dealer, wouldn't offer a return but told me I could exchange for another. My wife likes the styling of the car, and didn't want to take it back. The rear passenger side window almost fell into the door. I was opening it, and it wouldn't open, a second later, the whole window just fell into the door (THANKFULLY came up normally again). Everytime I call considering the promises they made (the fender and the grille), I can't go because I had to get the car fixed or it was already in the shop. I honestly know the car was an auction car (all dealer cars are), and it was not worth $9500. I saw it on cars.com for a list price of $8995, the lot price was twelve some. He tried to stick me in between and told me ten some. I showed him the price on cars.com and he finally agreed. I almost wiped out my savings trying to buy this car and fix it. My car is a Lincoln Town Car with almost 400,000 miles on it. I HAVE to replace this car but MAXIMUM SCAMS mopped up my savings, so I'll have to work my butt off for another 4-5 months before I can start looking.

I'll try to do the work myself since judging by the other reports on this website, they'll tell me it's my problem. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM MAXIMUM DEALS, THEY'RE NOT DEALS, THEY'RE MAXIMUM LEMONS!!!!

BEWARE OF LAUNDERED LEMONS!!! MAXIMUM LEMONS!!

I talked earlier about how the window fell in the door, and a couple days ago, we were closing the rear right door, and the window just COMPLETELY fell into the door. We had to leave the car and we had property in the car that was jeopardized by leaving the window wide open (in the door). We had to waste 2 hours taking it into the shop AGAIN and realized that the door panel was tampered with, the window regulator was broken, and they just glued the window back on. That's another $200-$300 unnecessary repair I have to make. It costs $200-$300 because my mechanic told me the window comes from Chrysler with the regulator. You have to buy another window with the regulator. Since mine is tinted, I have to buy it straight from the dealer. So, I reiterate, LAUNDERED LEMON!!! DON'T GET RIPPED OFF! BEWARE!
