Macy's Horton Plaza, May's Empty of Purfume @ 45 dollars San Diego California
On 6 Dec 2006 I visited the USA from South Africa. I bought my wife a bottle of Estee Lauder perfume from Macy's Horton Plaza
On My arrival back home I gave my wife the perfume. As she opened it we found the bottle to be empty. I have visited there work site to On the 11th December 2006 we called the store at +/- 2 dollar / min from South Africa to inform them of this. I gave them my telephone number and was promised to be called back. I had to call back and was told that they by accident gave me the sample bottle and will send me a full bottle. 12 Dec 2006 I emailed my Address to Macy's and emailed it on 15 Jan 2007 once again I had to call wit promises of we will track status on this and call you back.
The manager of Macys must know. In South Africa a shop assistant earns equivalent to 200 dollars a month so he can work out for him self what the cost to this is.

They had it packed with some other product I procured. As a South African I believed in honest and trust relationship between myself and a shop I buy from. Good old fashion ethics. I at least expected that MACY'S would have the budget to call back as they said they accidentally packed the sample bottle, and will send a full bottle. Make and call or send an Email to keep me informed on what they are doing. Informed customers are happy customers. I do visit the USA about 4 times a Year and my Company attribute to more than 100 visits a year to the USA. Most of us do feel rather spend money at Dubai Airport than in the USA. As the business in the USA does not need our Dollars and does not care about there customers.

Normally, when you buy perfume, they usually reach in the locked case and get a sealed box of that type of perfume out of the case. Was the box sealed? Since you bought it up, if you make $200 a month and you spent $45 on a bottle of perfume, that's almost a week's worth of salary.
