EDITOR’S COMMENT(1/19/2021):  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior. 

The Report was brought to our attention and, upon review of compiled information (which will be done on a case by case basis without any obligation as resources allow), and at Ripoff Report’s sole discretion, information that did not conform to current policies and/or the identifying information relating to the individual(s) and/or business(es) named in this “Report” and any subsequent comments thereto have been editorially redacted as indicated by the following “(((REDACTED)))” or (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST)))”.

CONSUMERS:  Be kind.  Keep it honest.  Keep it fair.  Stick to the facts.  Do your research.  Keep the dirty laundry in the laundry hamper…not on Ripoff Report.

NOW TO THE EDITORIALLY REDACTED POSTING(S):

My wife and I have been attacked by false ripoff reports by people trying to extort us. After contacting police and them telling us our only choice was to get a lawyer and sue the people attacking us we contracted (((REDACTED))) under the false impression that he was a specialist in online reputation defense and the leading attorney against Ripoff report, he also claimed to have won all cases against ripoff report. We contracted his services in November 2019, he held a $ 1,000.00 retainer for each ripoff report we wanted to be taken down, which there were 6, gave him all the information, we were to give him the second half of the money after the reports were taken down.

After we sued the people harassing us and ripoff report to take down the reports, nothing happened, everything stalled, there were over 500 sheets of documents created which were all worthless because the ripoff reports were not taken away, and the people harassing us are still harassing us. I had already suffered anxiety, severe depression, missed work because of stress, mood swings, dizziness, drowsiness, heavy crying, etc... And after contracting the services of (((REDACTED))) everything was worse and I even got suicidal... Stay away from this p***k, he is out for your money and lies to everybody.
