First and foremost, let's not let your anger at the situation overtake everything. Not all people that work for the company are the buffoons that you make them out to be. I used to work for the company, but parted ways because I felt that their practices were wrong. I wanted no part of it. I feel that I am an intelligent person, and I feel that I was fairly good at my job. Imagine how hard it would be for you to sit on the phone all day, listening to people yell and scream about their phone bills?! It was excruciatingly painful, day after day, and I ended up quitting. And yes, I can indeed spell harassment. Let's not insult people through anger. It's not a fair assumption. I sincerely hope that your situation has been cleared up.
