mci worldcom....my ripp off service provider its gonna be 1 year in april 2002..
world com wireless is my cel phone provider, and this april is my 1 year to them. i made a $250 deposit with them last april 2001. and last 2months ago i lost my phone and i filled a report and i have the police report .somebody stole my phone. so i called them one twice 7th times 10times till i get a hold of one of the staff who works their but most of the time they put me on hold for atlest 1 hour and more .so i called again and again. till after 3 weeks they sent me this phone ,after 1 month i dropped my phone in the cab so i called them again . 5 ,6 10,18 times .so i bought this new sim card and i got a replacement phone not from them in the store .and i called to give them my new sim card no. they said after 3 days they will activate my phone ,4 days have past .5 days and i called them they said 24 hours . one week have past 2 weeks have past and now i caleed them they said that they canceled my contract and no more cel phone and i have to pay $200 dollars for penalty but they sent me a bill last month and this month and they won't returned my deposit $250 dollars . so all of that they'll keep my deposit and a penalty and need to pay them the bill this month and last month evcen though i don't have service for 3 weeks ,
