MCI WCOM Wireless has been a nightmare from the beginning. My wife an I both had service with them. I should have dropped them the first sign of trouble, but then I would have had to pay the cancellation fee, which doesn't sound too bad at this point.

The first of many problems was charging my wife for two phone accounts, when she only had one.

Of course we did not know this until several months as billing never seemed to be a strong point for them. That was fixed with several phone calls and God bless the lady I finally got to fix it. That was the last problem that was fixed easily and instead of writing a book, I will fast forward.

Both of our phones were cut off last year after months of no bills and correspondence saying billing was being fixed, you will receive bills yada yada yada.. We finally received a bill, both were about $500 and obviously wrong. Detailed billing seemed to be a chore and now after this going on my credit I am seeking legal help as this is neverending and my credit has received damages because of MCI's ineptness. My experience with MCI truly made having a cell phone at a measly $30/mth. a real nightmare.
