Je suis un fan d’Apple, mais il faut éviter ce concessionnaire à tout prix, sauf si vous voulez attendre des mois pour votre Mac pour être réparés et vous êtes prête à contacter Apple eux-mêmes pour vous aider. Ils ont pris mon mac sous garantie, puis conservés dans si longtemps que quand je suis allé dans le magasin pour l'obtenir (car ils ne répondent pas aux appels téléphoniques), ils ont m'a dit qu'il était trop tard car il était maintenant hors de la garantie ! ! Plusieurs appels à Apple Royaume Uni et Apple France et par la suite je eu mon Mac. Non content de la réparation Apple Royaume-Uni ont accepté d’en occuper de mon mac, même si elle est maintenant hors garantie. ÉVITER cette société, ils sont minable. 

 

Avoid this Apple approved reseller at all costs! I took my apple macbook pro in for repair as they are an approved apple repair centre. I had "applecare". Over a six week period they suggested to me that I come back in three weeks as their workshop was being refurbished and so it would take at least 3 weeks to get it back, but if I waited for the refurbishment it would be done quickly. I rely on my mac for all of my business and so I took their advice. In the end, the applecare warranty was running out, so I took it in anyway and was promised it back within a week. I explained I was going back to the UK and it was now urgent. Several phone calls went unanswered and so I went back into the store, to be told it hadn't been repaired as it was now out of warranty!! This was only because they had kept it so long the warranty ran out while it was in their store. They tried to get me to take my mac back, unrepaired, but I refused as it was now out of warranty.I had to leave to go to the UK the following day and had to leave it there in France. Calls to Apple UK, who then contacted Apple France took an enourmous amount of my time and I had no computer for a 6 week period. I had to travel back to France to get my Mac back, and despite calls to them from Apple France,  they have only replaced the battery as they were unable to replicate the video and motherboard problem. Apple UK have agreed to look at my Mac even though it is out of warranty due to the appalling service this reseller has provided. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.
