Complaint Review: Media Mogals Management -

The contract/invoice I originally gave Larry was to SHOOT the event for 3 nights.  Editing, creating graphics and rendoriing (TWICE) the project adding an additional 40 hours to the project was never included in the quote for the project or agreed to as the necessary delivery for payment.  My payment was held hostage by these additional requests which I did quietly and professionally.  Again, I thought this was all resolved by my willingness to state that I had been satisfied and made every effort to remove my report for the sake of Tina Michelle and weareTMTV but as I later learned, these reports can't be deleted.  Over time they become far less visible to search results as time passes, but this new rebuttal brings the matter back to the top of the search results, so I am questioning the reasoning for this rebuttal now, a year later.

And if you do a business name search on Media Moguls Management and weareTMTV, you will see that they are not as separated as they had reported to me at the beginning.  The facts of the matter are still what they were as I originally posted.  You will also notice that I never got or said anything personal about either Larry Witherspoon or Tina Michelle in any of my account.  Larry seems to feel that making things more personal will somehow vindicate or give him favor.  Let the chips fall where they may.

I truly DO with both of them well.  I had no intension of every mentioning these things again.  I was truly satisfied with the outcome, but if Larry Witherspoon and Tina Michelle want this public forum to continue indefinitely, that is up to them.

My only response to this matter:

I hope Larry Witherspoon and Tina Michelle and Media Moguls are doing well in their ventures.  I don't understand why I was not contacted directly by Larry concerning his rebuttal, after I had already stated that I was satisfied with the outcome.  I wish nothing but peace and success to both of them.

Don Wood

Nothing should concern anyone about this report. I have been in business for over 30 year and had one complaint from a video company that had to use pieces of my equipment to shoot a live video for me. Don Wood arrived late, forgot to bring critical cables and adapters required for his cameras to do to connect to the Live Streaming. I ended up having to use my own cameras to stream the event live. Don used his camera to simply record the event because he didn't have the correct cable or adapter to do what he was hired to do which was stream live using his camera (I let him slide). The sound check took forever because once sgsin Don didn't have all the equipment needed to connect the sound (I let him slide again). The video Don recorded with his camera of the event came out dis colored(orange) and needed to be color corrected due the lighting used ( I let him slide again). Don initally edited the video without the color correction and had the credits incorrect, and I asked Don to correct the video first before I give him full payment.. Don wanted to be paid in full and on time before making corrections to the video of the event. I gave Don $250 and said I would give him the balance when the editing was completed. I was on the road traveling for a couple weeks and when I returned I contacted Don for a meeting. I met with Don with my daughter as a witnees and paid Don the remaining balance. I was not aware Don filed this report while I was on the road traveling. Don should be ashamed of himself for filing this report after I let him slide for all of his errors and lack of professional services. I found out later about the pressure Don was dealing with that caused him stress. Don, apparently was desparate for cash at the time and needed to pay his rent and he was having car trouble in need of repairs. Don lied on Tina Michelle and mentioned Tina Michelle in the report who had no part in the situation but wanted to be mean in the Rip Off Report. He has apologised to Tina Michelle for his poor taste in mentioning Tina Michelle in the first place. The issues on both sides where resolved and Don was paid in full.

Since filing my report on RipOffReport.com, I was, over time, fully paid by Larry Witherspoon.  The matter is now fully resolved and Larry Witherspoon is in good standing with my company.

I also would like to clarify that my dealings in this matter were solely with Larry Witherspoon and Media Mogels Management.  I misunderstood the connection between Larry Witherspoon and Tina Michelle or weareTMTV.com and I want to make it perfectly clear the Tina Michelle and weareTMTV.com was not connected in any way to the business I had with Larry Witherspoon and Media Mogels Managment. In fact, all communications I have had with Tina Michelle and weareTMTV.com have been professional, friendly and possitive.

I am content with the resolution I have received at this time.  Thank you.
