 My girlfriend and I have bad credit and we saw their ad on the tv thinking that they would be the best company to work. The people were soo lovely to talk to and really understanding. ....or so we thought.... We have had our 2003 buick lesabre cuatom for almost 3 months and have had real big issues. The check engine light came on the first day, within those 3 months 7 repairs needed to be made including the catalytic converter. We understood that it is a used car, however you cant be in business to sell things at a high value for something that is unreliable. They are charging us $6,000 more than the highest value of the car on KBB!! They love to say that they aren't commission based and are in the business to help everyone....soooo where is that extra $6,000 going to?!?! We have emailed them several times about the issues with the car, including the price however they feel like they don't need to talk to us or even e-mail ua back!! We have had enough of this travesty that they like to say. They are very nice to you at first and saying they are willing to work with you and help you out....that hasn't happened with us. They sold us a lemon car and they know it. They are not a little guy, they are a corporation that has the willpower to make it all right but they don't, its gone to the point where we have to give them back the car and we still have to pay $2,000.. This is messed up big time and they need to make all of this right.

 First off, menlove has told us that if we cannot make the payment to talk to them and they would work with us. We stayed in constant communication letting them know what was going on. Although they were late we still made payments. We were facing eviction, eating from food banks and still making payments on a car that we kept having problems with. Dawn and randy both knew from the very beginning we needed the car for work. A dependable car for work. We NEVER got any notice that they were shutting off the car either. What a lie saying they came and repossessed the car for nonpayment! We called on the 27th and VOLUNTARILY said we would be returning the car the next morning because we couldn't keep paying for an unreliable car. I had to quit my job because they refused to actually fix the issues with the car and it left us stranded. That's when I was berated by axel just for asking why they would turn off the car when I just said I'd voluntarily return it.. They can't even be truthful and own up to their mistakes. Then lie about the whole situation. Unbelievable. And when we thought they couldn't be more unprofessional........

Chris and Jennie did in fact purchase a vehicle from our company in February 2015. The facts stated in the rip off report are not entirely accurate.

After the purchase of the 2003 Buick LeSabre (Feb 2015), Jennie (co-lessee to Chris) stated that they were unable to make their second payment in March and needed more time; it was granted. In April 2015, we only received a partial payment for March and another partial payment for April. Other payment arraignments were not kept by the customers and the car was disabled for lack of payment at the beginning of May 2015.

At the end of May 2015, payments were still delinquent and the customer was notified that the car would be repossessed. All issues and repairs “covered” or “not covered” in the warranty with the vehicle itself were done entirely “free of charge” and the customer was satisfied. Our Recon mechanics work with all of our customers to rectify all warranty issues and other concerns and will advise accordingly to the customer’s satisfaction.

Our top priority here at Menlove is to first listen to the feedback from all of our customers and potential prospects so that their experience here is truly exceptional.
