Merchandise Direct Keep Fresh Ripoff!!!! Wallingford Connecticut
I ordered the keep fresh bags and was suppose to receive additional bigger ones too if I "ordered right now". The next day when I pulled up my banking account I had been charged over $60.00!!! I found the # online and called to cancel, but,of course, they had already been sent. I told the man that they ripped me off and he said that I ordered the extra large bags. I told him that he was totally full of BS and that I wanted my money back. I was going to send them back "return to sender" but he said that there would be no record of my return so I had to pay $9.50 to send the stupid bags back and get a tracking number. They should have arrived back in CT on Monday but I still haven't received my refund. Thank you for all you do and have a great day!
