MESA GARAGE DOORS - DWIGHT ESNARD NO-SHOW TWICE FOR SCHEDULED FREE ESTIMATE - NO CALL - THEN NOTHING BUT LAME EXCUSES/LIES!!! ANAHEIM CA
This company is an absolute joke. Find a local garage door company instead. I thank God I found out BEFORE I handed over my money. I scheduled a free estimate last week for this past Tuesday. They never showed, no call, nothing. Thinking I was losing my mind I called on Wednesday and they confirmed that I did have an appointment on Tueday and supposedly they didn't know that the technician had not shown.
I demanded a call on Thursday (yesterday) from a Manager and I also rescheduled my second appointment for today (Friday) between 8-10am. I never heard from a Manager yesterday and this morning, I even called at 8:30 to double-check that the driver was coming. They confirmed that he would be here by 9:30. 10:30am comes and I call and speak to a Manager named Vanessa who gives me a story that the driver was in a fender bender and that they were in the process of making all these calls to the customers to reschedule.
The problem with her BS story is that, the person on the phone this morning told me I was next in line. So, the technician was en route to ME. Who the "F" would they have called first besides the customer who was to be the most immediately impacted by this supposed event. This company is garbage. A waste of time and money and I always prefer to give the benefit of the doubt but after 3 failed oppoprtunities to provide reasonable customer service, I am bailing oN these clowns. This company is a total scam!!! Read some of the other reviews, it's not just one person, it's hundreds If not thousands.
I can't describe to you my disappointment in this company. I will never recommend them to anyone and will steer everyone I can away from them.
