I have an account through Metabank with their account now visa gold card which I have had for roughly 5 years, using Direct deposit through SSI . When my previous card came to the experation date (Nov.30,2014) I notified the company that a new card was needed. When I recieved my new card it had a new 16 digit #, the problem Ive been having with that is I still had funds valiable on the other card, $183.+ or - , which was not transfered to my new card. Since then all the help Ive been getting from the company is just a runnarround ,having me Fax copies of my Identification, Birth certificate, Social Security card , award letter, all on different occations. Never getting tje same information twice, jumping through their hoops, Its been 4 months and i'm no closer to this being resolved than when i STARTED. Since then Ive been forced to cancel my direct deposit. To make matters worse, I didn't even have to show those documents when I started the account. I havent been notified from anyone from metabank how to resolve our stituation. I know if I owed them funds ,I 'd have been getting called to the point of harrassment, from crediters. WHAT AM I TO DO. This has caused unneeded stress on me, NO XMAS, NEW YEAR ,and even birthdays was not celibrated. Even having to be Hospitalized for medical issues which may have been caused by it. Please Help!!!
