On Sept 6th, i went into the local store to purchase a new phone. employee Jazmin R. Told us we could get free phones which also came with free accessory if we canceled our existing account and opened a new one. This sounded like a great deal so we picked out a phone for my husband and son. I would keep a phone we already had and open 3 new lines. She showed us where the "free" cases where and said she would give me a free SD card for my phone. When she rang us up the total came to $218 instead of around $115 we were expecting. I asked her to explain and she told us it prorated the bill and that is the total. So I told my husband they must have charged us 2 months up front. She did not correct me. When we left I asked for a receipt.

She only gave me a credit card slip. Right away when we got home I called 611 to ask why our total was $218. They told me only $112 was credited to our account and told me to look at the text messages that would show the credits. They had been deleted by Jazmin. I called the store to ask for the manager. She said she was the manager so I went to another location for help. They told me I had to get a receipt to see what I was charged for. So 2 days later I went in and was told the system was down. I went the next day and a male employee printed me a receipt. It showed I was charged for 2 sd cards, which I never got. And 2 phone cases which were supposed to be free. A total of $100.

I went back to the store who was helping me and they said they would get ahold of the store manager who is Not Jazmin and she would call me. No call. The next week I went into the store to speak to Allee the manager, she said she was aware and in contact with her regional supervisor and would get back to us in 2 days. No response. My husband and I both called the regional supervisor named Adon and left messages. No call back. We have offered to return the accessories for a full refund and were told by Allee that accessories are not returnable once opened. We did not open them!! Jazmin did. She lied and took $100 from us. The manager and regional supervisor would rather keep a liar and a theif instead of a long term customer.
