MHC Knoxville TN/ Rob Stone salesman This sales man will take $1000.00 to hold a truck you are interested in. Once I found out my high interest rate I want my money back angel ripped me off. Kept my money. Knoxville Tennessee

I applied for credit on a used truck. Rob Stone salesman told me that I needed to deposit $1000.00 dollars to hold it so they wouldn't sale it. During the process I received the term contract for payments and was not interested in the high interest rate so I backed out of the deal. At this point he tells me that my money is not refundable because I told him I wanted an inverter in the truck. I asked him. Who does modifications to a truck that has not been sold yet? I didn't expect any work be done to this truck unless I signed a contract. At this point he said I gave him my word. I explained to him signing a contract is my word. He said it is common practice to keep the hold money if I didn't purchase one of their trucks. Now the manager will not return my calls and it has gone ignored since now they stole my money. Think twice before giving these crooks money.
