That's a nice fairy tale but unfortunately I have a signed contract by Josh Olson that states the price to be $1000 dollars with no stipulations. I also have a receipt from the home depot with MY credit card number on it that shows that I paid for supplies and not Josh Olson. That means that he still has 500 dollars of my money for which he did zero work for. Employ Josh Olson and MHS at your own risk. I'm not on here to slander people for fun, I'm just relating my experience with this particular contractor in the hopes that no one else has to go through what I went through. Trust me, there are better contractors out there- I know because I have found some really great ones but Josh Olson and MHS was not one of them.

Denver,#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

This report is an identical copy of David Mullen's report to the Denver BBB. It is an outright lie and is slander. Below, I will post the response, word for word, that was given to the Denver BBB by our company. Mr. Mullen did not respond to our response, realizing the error of his statements. He is presently on the cusp of having legal action taken upon him and his home for this report. There are emails, texts, phone conversations and messages backing 100% of this response from our company.
BBB RECEIVE BUSINESS RESPONSE :
The complaint by David leaves out the facts of the matter to the point of libel/slander. The price that was given to David Mullen for his project was based on a specific start/finish date that the company had open.
When David's first contractor was unable to complete the preliminary work that was needed to allow us to come in behind them, the dates changed, making projects overlap, which changed the price. David and I discussed this. After approximately three weeks of trying to reschedule, David sent an angry email in which he took no responsibility for
the previous contractors failure to complete the part of the work that allowed us to come in behind them on schedule.
At that point, I told David that we would come do the project, for the original price, and that we would need a cashiers check for final payment, as he had become belligerent and we had lost faith in his follow through on final
payment if the project was finished. At that point David asked for a refund, which I said would not happen, because we had made multiple trips to his home and had already purchased supplies. David then hung up angrily and never returned a phone call. When we went by his home, we could see he had finished the project himself.
At no point was David ripped off in any way, and if he continues this type of verbage, will be speaking with our attorney regarding libel/slander charges. I do have emails/texts/voicemails on file to back up what happened in this
situation Those files were saved digitally, at the advice of our attorney should anything of this sort ever arise.
Thank you,
Josh Olson
