I foolishly subscribed to newsletter and "robot" analyzing tool. Contacted prior to money back garauntee period in July. Furnished required information. Now no response, no updates, and NO REFUND. This is a major SCAM...Try to find a phone number for any type of service.. Try to find an address of an office (like the one pictured...yea right!!) DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP>>>
