Michael J Collins, CollinsVision, Dr Collins performed two failed surgeries on me,that cost me $4000.00. I had no job and no insurance. Ft Myers Florida
On 9/1/2015 Dr. Michael Collins performed lasik surgery on me. It did not work and on 3/16/2016, he performed a second surgery. He said"we will do this until we get it right, i had to do it three times on one patient" The second surgery also failed and his comment then became" i guess you will have readers" Well the reason for the surgery was so i did not have to wear glasses of any kind. This surgery cost me $4000.00 at at time when i was unemployed and had no insurance. About a month after the second surgery, i had a detached retina,whichtook at least 10 laser surgeries to fix, at additional costs. Was there a connection between the two lasik surgeries and the detached retina??
