Michael J Farides Big Mikes Landscaping & Decorative Concrete design Premier Property Improvement Contractors, LLC Destroyed my property and never returned Spring Hill Florida
Mr. Michael Farides and his company Big Mikes Landscaping & Decorative Concrete Design / Premier Property improvement Contractors totally destroyed my beautiful brick paver driveway and backyard and will not even call me back at least 50-60 attempts. Then we discover he was not even legally licensed or certified to do the work that he performed.
Mr Farides was hired by myself to clean and seal all of my brick pavers, which included my driveway, front sidewalk, front porch and my backyard / pool area. Something I did not realize at the time is that was completely uneducated, unlicensed and also not certified in doing so. He applied a product to my driveway and backyard pool deck that turned my brick pavers white. He came back and applied more of the same product stating that it would take care of the problem and it made it even worse. After many weeks and phone calls to him, he came back out to my house with a representative from the product company from which he applied to my brick pavers. The representative stated that the product was not applied correctly and only someone certified should have been applying it. He then stated that it would have to be removed by an expensive chemical and a hot water power washer. The representative from the sealer product company even offered to donate the chemical for free. It has now been many months now and I cannot even get Mr. Farides to call me back even after filing a BBB report.
After doing some research and also checking with the Florida state licensing board he was also doing work and does not even have a license for this (which they now may going to be investigating him for unlicensed activity).
I have had quotes from 3 different brick paver companies and the lowest bid to date is $17,000 to remove and replace all of my brick pavers and coping around the pool. I also had a paver restoration company come out and I was told there is no way to strip and fix them and must be replaced.
