RE: Bus # 3

1. DOCUMENTATION EVASION

P Failure to provide TITLE OF OWNERSHIP

P Failure to provide valid DMV REGISTRATION

P Copy of mutually signed DMV application only

P No Dealer License Number on DMV application; MK used CDL#

2. ORAL COMMITMENT

P July 2004, states he will buy back bus for any reason; insists on first-right-of-refusal

P Claims bus will sell in 7 to 10 days; They sell like hotcakes.

P 3/20/05 agrees to front $10,000; writes check for $5,000 to PJL as she leaves California for Kentucky

P Never committed to a price, We'll work something out.

P Committed to 3 month conversion; after 9 months, still unfinished

3. WRITTEN CONTRACT

P PJL writes contract for a 60 day repayment agreement; MK refuses to sign

P MK writes contract for her re-imbursement of $55,000 upon RE-SALE of bus, as she leaves for Kentucky

P MK's contract promises to return satellite equipment; does not. Dish Net waived $399 fee

4. STOLEN ITEMS

P Flat screen television stolen from MK's office

P DVD player stolen from MK's office

P Fire extinguisher still tagged stolen from MK's office

P Hires ex-Cons for manual labor on buses; said one of them, John, stole PJL's items from his office, where he put them on his own initiativeKfor safekeeping. PJL originally stored them upstairs above his office with the rest of her belongings, prior to be move into Bus #3

P MK requested and received Wal Mart receipt from PJL for above items soKI can match model numbers and replace them; failed to replace exact items; told PJL F/E only $10.

P Failed to return receipt after three attempts by PJL for its recovery; MK asked to but, I dont have time to copy it.

P Possible theft of new, installed, but never-been-used Kenmore front-loading washer and dryer; not listed as features of bus # 3 on MK web site

P Failure to provide $3,500 generator, promised for months, for which PJL paid MK $5,000 Nov. '04

P PJL: No more money until I get what you already promised. MK explodes: Sue me! Please, sue me.

5. HARRASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION

P Continuously asked for oral sex

P Continuously groped and rubbed his crotch when alone with PJL

P Upon installation of tub, and thereafter, asked for baths with PJL

P If you won't blow me, you must be a l*****n.

P Pretty, sexy wife, KarenKtoo in love with her children to service his needs.

P Karen admits to PJL, yes, he can be intimidating.

P Targeted for sexual and verbal harassment continuously once PJL moved into Bus #3 on his rented retail property, Oct. 04 until March 2005

P I want to crack you open like a shotgun and ride you like...uhKa bullet.

P Owns and displays rifles in office and vehicles; firearms not legally registered

P PJL vulnerable to retaliation for asserting legal right to recover inheritance, based on what MK has done and persistence in withholding her money/property, and mail

6. ATTORNEY'S LETTER 6/05

P Returns attorney's letter with curt, non-specific scribbled answers.

P Attorney wants to write second letter for additional $500 rather than file suit after acknowledging PJL's superior legal position and, agreeing with her that itKwill probably do no good (see attached copy)

P Attorney asserts MK will NOT send Bus # 3 to KY for her to sellKyou can count on it.

7. INCONGRUITIES

P Lien on Bus # 3 held by Hellbusch Family Bi-pass Trust, MK's sister & brother-in-law

P Failure to inform PJL of lien on Bus # 3

P Bus #3 originally being built to replace MK's first, smaller conversion, for his personal use and as rolling advertisement for his conversion business; Bus # 1 sold to customer

P Offered to sell PJL Bus # 1 for $55,000; she declined, needed larger quarters of #3

P Magazine article, April 2004, written & published by MK (2 months before PJL meets him), states Bus # 3 is complete

P Same issue advertises photo of Bus # 3 on sale for $19,000, ready to roll anywhere. PJL charged $25,000 for same bus with only wood on floor, ceiling and walls, 6/04

8. PERFORMANCE-OF-CONTRACT FAILURES (verbal & written)

P Forward mail: Caretakers Gazette (Subscription paid-in-full in advance)

P Neither initiates nor sustains contact re: status of Bus #3

P Failure to return phone calls after promising to call back whenKI have more time to talk.

9. RESULTING HARDSHIPS FOR PJL

P Credit card debt

P Unable to pay six months rent

P Medical indigence

P Unable to maintain 11 year practice of quarterly dental hygiene regimen, necessary for care of dental implants and crowns exceeding $36,000; attend to gums, and loosened bottom front teeth in need of re-splinting. Two additional implants/crowns needed as previously indicated by primary California dentist

P Default of payment to creditors

P 1999 Toyota Solara monthly payments in jeopardy; PJL auto may be repossessed

P Prevented from purchasing home or property in Kentucky

P Unable to pursue business ventures

P Recurrence of spastic colon due to stress, frustration, anger, humiliation and depression

10. OTHER EVIDENCE OF FRAUD AND/OR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES

P BUS CONVERSIONS NOT member of BBB, therefore not subject to Arbitration process

P BBB acknowledges past disputes/complaints within last three years: MK refused to refund customer deposit after bus breakdown upon leaving lot; yelled at buyer over phone and/or kept hanging up on him

P Possible conspiracy with Hellbusch Trust in withholding information on status of Bus # 3

P MK claims to be short of money, yet owns:

P Home in Seal Beach

P Cabin in Lake Arrowhead

P Numerous transportation vehicles

P Fishing boat

P Purchased $50,000 Log Cabin for quick turn-over late Spring of '05

P Grand Canyon Inns & Caverns in Arizona with airstrip, restaurants, swimming pools, hook-ups for bus and RV Park, tour packages by air and mule

P Lot of 100 trailer homes as rental units for Arizona property

P Bus Conversions Magazine

P Regularly buys, sells and converts used buses

P Provides motel rooms for laborers, including Kathy, the clean-up girl
