i went to michel tires plus because i had a coupon and thought it would be convient. I had all my tires replaced. estimated time i was given was 59 minutes. actual time 160 minutes. they added insurances on my bill without telling me. when i asked why they were on there they said we talked about it on the phone. talking about opitions doesnt constitute buying a product or service. its a informational transition. i drove three miles away from the place with my new tires and a light came on that indicated low pressure. my car started to drift a little that i smelt tire burning and the car grinded violently to the point of undrivable.
35 mins later someone from their shop came put on a spare and took it back to the shop. where they took my faulty tire. 15 minutes later they asked me to follow them to the tire which now convienantly had a perfectly straight three inch cut with no scuff marks around it. they casually through out the idea that i may have hit something, false. avoiding blame. they then said they had no replacement for it, so i would then have to drive home with a donut on my car and come back the next day. they refused any sort of responsibility and did nothing to compensate for the ridiculous amount of inconvience. Since the incident my car sounds laboring after hitting 2500 rpm then when i had it taken in the shop for a simple!!!! tire change
