Few days ago, on my E-Mail I found a correspondence from the COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN PAYMENT (RESOLUTION PANEL ON CONTRACT PAYMENT) WORLDWIDE dELAYED cLAIMS.stating that I was the beneficiary of a delayed payment for US 12.500,000, 00 dollars. First thing I did was to write to them and right of the bat I say that I was not willing to put or send any money in front in order to get those funds....as of this date they have sent me several e-mail (never asking for any money) They also sent a format detailing an analysis of Fund Transfer Schedule, from MICRO FINANCE SECURITY (NO ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBERS) from dublin Ireland.

Finaly today they notify me of the approval for me to get the funds. Before they had offered me several ways to go to the fundsI asked for a Cashier Check to be mailed to my home address in Venezuela.....No problem, Mr. Paul Lockett said. Now I either travel to Ireland to get de Check or authorized Mr. Paul Lockett to retire the check for me.

Please , what do you think about this whole thing and also tell me if you ever had any report on Micro Finance Security of Ireland, or on any one of those people. Please need an answer as sson as posible......Wan you to know that from the beginning a never beleive on none of this "Crap", but at the same time I should admit that as of today, they have not giving me any reason to doubt about thwe operation. Thanks in advance for your help.

This is obviously a 419-type scam. Even the phone number given. is not an Irish one, it is a British Cellphone number If you go with them, they will ask you for endless fees up front. You will never see any of their money, - BEWARE!!!
