Midha's Furniture Gallery Inc MANN DO NOT SHOP HERE Scarborough Ontario
I went here to purchase a bed frame and dealt with a man named Mann. I needed a bed frame and he recommended that I get a box spring with it. I asked him to take the measurements to ensure that I really did need a box frame. I gave him the measurements of my mattress and allowed him to measure his product.
Lo and behold, I received the product and there was NO need for a box frame. I therefore called Mann and he blamed the ill fitting box spring on me, when it was him who told me to get it based on his "measurements." I understandably asked him for a refund and requested that he pick up the box spring. He refused, telling me that I had to pay for shipping and delivery back to his store, and then he HUNG UP ON ME.
I called him again and he asked me to deal with his mysterious manager called "Peter." When I asked for Peter's number he refused to give it to me, when I asked for Peter's last name he some how did not know it. He told me that Peter would only be in Thursday after 2:00 pm so I asked him to let this mysterious Peter know to call me. Mann stated "I cannot do that, you call him!" I have never been treated so poorly by any business. All other businesses will admit that it is their error and try to correct the problem. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT SHOP HERE.
