Midwest Ammonia Refrigeration LLC Company Does Not Pay LaCrosse Wisconsin
On September 17, 2012 we received a Purchase Order number #4700145580 from a Mauricio Peterson, president of Midwest Ammonia, LLC. He used a P.O Box number 596 out of LaCrosse, WI. He requested a drop ship of one of our products to Seneca Foods in Rochester, MN. Our company promptly filled the order, and the product was shipped on September 18, 2012. We subsequently invoiced Midwest Ammonia, LLC and have never received payment. We have attempted to contact Mauricio Peterson/Midwest Ammonia, LLC numerous times, but have never received a return call. Do not do business with this individual or company.
Some quick research on the internet shows Mauricio Peterson has some relationship to another company "Badger Midwest Ammonia Refrigeration, LLC" which is no longer a valid contractor in Wisconsin. He also is some how tied to Chiropractic First of La Crescent, and was involved with Viking Realty, although a Viking Realty representative says he is "no longer involved with realty".
Can you see a pattern here? Beware of doing business with this person.
