This report is not to badmouth the servie of this company, simply to rebuttal previous reports filed on this site against our company by the owner of MW Cleaning Pros. If you have any questions or would like a link to the website where alot of this is posted, our domain is the same as our name, leave the mess to the best (dotcom). There is a link that leads you to the page.
Recently our company was contacted by a competitor who became very inappropriate with our office staff over the phone. She became upset because we refused to remove one of our cleaning list from our website, which was similar to hers. She was informed we have the copy right and have since 2001. She later confirmed her business was established only 4 years ago. At that time she was told to speak with the person who designed her website because it is obvious that we owned it prior to her. She was offered proof of this copyright, however she declined.
We assumed all was said and done with after she had threatened to have her lawyers contact us and to sue given we never heard from them. Last week, there were some post made on Craigslist, a website our company advertises on. These post were in regards to a customer who was displeased with that particular company's service. All of a sudden, that company began contacting us and making rebuttal post stating it was us , in so many words. They then went on posting fake reviews for themselves pretending to be a new customer.
We did not have anything to do with the reviews on their company and although we have assured them many times, both in email as well as in several phone conversations, we still were accused. We dismissed it with nothing more because we knew we were innocent.
As of yesterday, we received a email from another website we also advertise on. It informed us that we had a new review. This review was made by a lady identifying herself as NDavis317. Her post made allegations ranging from we never called her back, it has been 2 months and no one returned her calls, her house smelled of air freshener (which we DO NOT USE!), only 1 person showed up and she did not speak English. (this company was posting many rebuttals on Craigslist and people were responding to her because her spelling was atrocious. Given her name, one viewer told her to learn English) We thought it was funny she used the "Spanish" card on us, given her last name is a Hispanic name. NDavis317 stated she resides in Westfield, Indiana. We do not even service that area. We also did further investigation and located a lady with the initials who resides in Westfield (simply looked up in whitepages.com) and she claims she did not make this review. She also is going to follow up with the police department for identity theft against this person. We also have never serviced a customer with the last name of Davis.
We have a IP tracker installed on our website to monitor abuse, because we get a lot of estimate request from people who fill in nasty things, and play around. We have confirmed the IP address for this particular competitor and have found they have been viewing our website and "referrals" page over 60 times. We have since blocked their IP address from viewing our website.
At this time, one particular website we advertise on, insiderpages.com has removed all of her reviews for violation. However, she continues to post reviews on yahoo local and now has even posted her real name and lied about the entire situation that has taken place.
In her latest attempt, it was discovered that this person was told when she contacted our office at the beginning of September that our company has been established since 2001. She was concerned over a copyright law, and when she stated her business was established 2 1/2 years later, we knew we had no reason to give in to her threats or demands. She has since posted a review on insiderpages.com in which her previous reviews were removed after insiderpages received information that showed without any doubt this was Ms.(disclosed) and not the claimed Nancy Davis from Westfield. Now on her latest reattempt with insiderpages.com she actually repeats information that she was told in a recorded phone call about our company being established since 2001.
Her review, although it shows anonymous when you click on the link that shows Contact Reviewer, it shows her other name, NANCY D!
We do have evidence to back up our side, which includes email headers from this particular company and the report from our IP program. We also have a phone conversation, that for our protection we recorded where she contradicts statements she made just a few minutes prior in the same conversation. She also says something that proves it was her behind all of these post.

Gloria, we have documentation and evidence that people have actually seen. The police have seen it, the BBB has seen it, the attorney general's office has seen it, and other agencies as well as customers. Everyone agrees that you are a jealous, evil person who obviously is very angry that you have competiton in your area and have felt you have the right to go around pretending to be someone. You were told Crystal was the owner because we knew your questions and intentions were no good. We knew you would take the information given to you by us and twist it into something to benefit yourself. And look! You did exactly that! You may believe that your reports and accusations are right but honey, lots of people are seeing past your lies and malicious behavior and seeing straight to the truth. Since discovering the type of person you are and finding evidence of your corruption, we have had many people call our office and send emails supporting us. Noone has called you and it is funny that even while speaking with the detective, he knows you were calling us as many as 10 times in one day. We have had each call you have made to our office traced with the phone company for harassment and prosecution. You really need to look at the facts and get your head out of the clouds. What type of person does it take to be as malicious as you? Did you really believe by making the bogus claims against us that you would get away with it? Did you really believe that the truth would not come out? I strongly believe in Karma, and it always comes back around. You really need help Gloria If this is the way you handle your competition, you have no business running or owning a company! The number we posted and the address posted is in fact the correct information for the owner of Midwest Cleaning Pros. Gloria. She has called our office from that number several times, as well as answers it 'cleaning services'. Once more, I invite anyone who has any doubts to view our website. There is a link that explains and provides evidence to support our claims and allegations. Where is your documented proof Gloria? Our website is the same as the name, leave the mess to the best (dotcom) without any spaces. Please feel free to view the links. By the way, Gloria, your IP addresses have all been reported to the proper channels for harassment/spam and cyber stalking. Gloria contiued to flag our ads off of craigslist until we notified them and installed the IP counter. We have her IP recorded viewing our ad on craigslist over 33 times in less than 1 hour! Gloria, I am married. Thanks for the thought but I am not interested. Please stop stalking me. You will not be able to view our site. You are blocked indefinantly. Also, the claims you are making that we filed the report against you on 9-4-07, what if I tell you that we have evidence to support that our office staff was not in the office at the time this was posted and we can provide a solid alibi. We have offered this as well to the police. Anytime you would like this evidence, we will be more than happy to provide it to you.

Crystal Scott... or is it Heather, Jenica, Ashley, Michelle, Randy or Cristal (all people you have claimed to be!!!)??????? You failed to mention in your above speech, that you called our office on 9-4-07 to tell us that we were over posting on Craig's List... .Ironically, on this same day report # 272334 on Rip off report was filed against us (Our calls get logged). You also failed to mention that you have sent over 60 emails to us, called us over 20 times, made threats to kill us, and called one of our employees a N-I-*-G-E-R, made several prank calls and posted a number of bad reviews against our company. If your going to tell a story, let's tell the TRUTH!!!!!!!!! This is why you should have YOUR lawyer call us. We have made this clear to you several times, but yet you continue to harass, make threat and stalk us. We have only viewed your site a hand full of times; most companies do this when trying to see what competition is out there. However, we viewed your site when your first called us and when you made your first false post about us. We have called you at 317-786-4537 several times and requested to speak to your lawyer or to the "legal in house" team you say you have. The only person who we can ever reach is Crystal Scott. This has us puzzled! We would hope that a "large company" such as yours would have more than one individual running this operation.
