The customer is ALWAYS WRONG at Midwest Manufacturing. BE WARNED that if you have a problem with your order: 1) you will NOT be able to access a customer service rep by phone 2) MENARDS will act as a mediator in the process, but in reality is THE SAME COMPANY as Midwest (therefore, they will not go to bat for the customer) After receiving MULTIPLE manufacturing errors with my countertop order, I still haven't received a fair or satisfying resolve.
