I contacted Mike Muaghan of pioneer steel buildings in spring of 2002, about a Prefab steel building. I told him what i needed, and he was very helpfull at first. Give him a credit card number, Ball is in motion.

Im thinking that my building is not only on its way, but that it only cost me 10,000 canadian dollars. I get the bill statement and notice that it is for 10,000 American. He made an extra 3,500 canadian off me.

I called and said somthing to him, but he quickly told me that he quoted me american dollars, and that the building was allready on its way there. I wasnt happy about it and would have canceld it if it hadnt allready been on its way.I could have gotten one in american for that price, even cheaper.

This was the begining of hell with Mike Muaghan. After telling my disatisfaction with what had happend i hung up and got to work on the foundation.

A month goes by and i decide to call and find out where my building is.After gettting his voice mail several times, leaving messages with no return call. I finaly get ahold of him, he tells me that it should be there any time.

Here in Alaska we have short work season, when winter was now knocking on my door. i called again, went through the usual four days of calling ,leaving messages with no return phone call. I get ahold of him.Mike wheres my doors??.

Leaves off the trees now, the building shows up.Not going up this year, it sits and waits.Next summer rolls around.I find a contractor. He gets to work,Part way through he notices that the garage door rails never showed up. Not looking forward to this, i dial Mikes Number again.Three days this time of no call back, i finaly get a answer, but its Jim(his associate)

Jim is very helpfull and understanding. I tell him what has happend. He tells me" how do we exspect you to get the building done with out all the peices?" i agree, he says ill tell mike, and get them right out to you. I thank him , say good bye.

Two days later, i still havent heard from mike. Call him back. He answers and i ask him,hey mike. this is travis wheres my rails. He tells me how they sent them with the building. i tell him again how they didnt show up. he asks me what i want him to do about it.

In shock for just a sec, I ask him." what do you think i want you to do?" send me my rails. He tells me" DO you know how much that would cost me?" I told him i didnt care how much it cost him, i want my rails that i bought. Then he tried to sell me another set. After about 45 minutes of yelling screamming and i do believe a few cuss words, he agrees to take care of me.

he say that he wants to look at a local company to take care of it.So i hang up with him and get some local prices and numbers for him.Called him back, he took down the numbers, and said he would take care of it.

That was almost three months ago. Ive been calling him every other day, and then every day. He tells me that he will take care of it, and he will call me in a couple of days. He tells me that every time i call him back , and he never call s me.

The last time i called him , i got his message machine. Told his machine that if he didnt call me the next day with my rails leaving his factory, i woulldnt call him.But i would call the better buisness burea.

That of course didnt do any good. There was also three other pieces that didnt make it or were wrong. had to have them fabricated in town also.

Sry its so long, But that guy really screwed me over. And from what i hear i cant do anything cause im in america, and hes canadian. We should nuke the fukers

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!

I recently brought daughter, 11y, for doing well in school to have a manicure and pedicure. I have done this for a year and pay as much as 40 dollar including tip . I went to this nail salon that was across the street from where i was getting my car worked on and thought this would be good time to let my daughter get her nails painted. I went into the salon and told the lady that i wanted manicure and pedicure for my daughter who is only 11y. The place was called amour nails. they asked my daughter what style she wanted her nails painted she told them stripped toenails at the end the gentlemen said it will cost 70 dollars. I responded by saying how much and the lady said she wanted stripped nails and that is extra. I paid the man and told them that i will never go there again or send anyone there again.

Well, ive gone out and bought what i need here in town. An American company gave me a great deal on them. Mike Muahgan couldhave taken care of this problem for less than he over charged me.But the money was to important to him. therfore, Mike Muaghan is on the same levele as dog crap. Very exspensive lesson....never deal with canadian companys. Ill never send another american dollar over the canadian border again.
