Complaint Review: MINC Property Enterprises - Dubai Internet

Having read the supposed ex-employee's description of "himself" it is pretty evident that person described is me, Arron Zubier but this report was not written by myself and I implore whoever wrote it to refrain from doing so in future, if you do have something to say, please do but do it as yourself.

I was previously the Head of Lettings & Property Management for MiNC in Dubai and I was dismissed due to the interference of Farah Mahmood.

I was not privvy to any detailed financial information except for the financial details of my own department and I left MiNC in approx May 2008 at which stage the company was doing well, I have been told lots of information by other ex-employees after my departure from the company and a lot of it is very similar to what has been reported but I can not comment on what I would consider hearsay although I do know that after I left MiNC Dubai I found out that they had securitized the future income of the Dubai rental portfolio and when I subsequently joined the London office on a consultancy basis a lot of the rents that had been received on the London rental portfolio had not been paid to the landlords and had instead been used as company funds and that MiNC were in serious arrears to the landlords, and after working for 3 months to try and resolve the problem I was once again dismissed.

I can not honestly say if there was any wholescale fraud taking place, to me it seems more like a case of mis-management by the Mahmood brothers and main cause of the problem was the London office using Dubai office funds to finance themselves as the London office was constantly running at a loss as well as some dodgy dealing between the brothers themselves, i.e Mrs Farah Mahmood being paid a "consultancy fee" of AED50,000DHMS for work which I carried out as well as the company ordering furniture packs for the Dubai portfolio from a company who Mrs Mahmood brought in and whom quoted approximately AED250,000DHMS more than quotes I had obtained and for lesser quality resulting in a potential loss of AED300,000 to the company without I believe Kamran Mahmood being aware.

Simon Everest is a thoroughly good guy who tried his hardest to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of the clients but was regularly thwarted in his attempts to do so by the Mahmood brothers who were more interested in preserving their own wealth.

I started work in Dubai and lost my job there. Kamran Mahmood felt I had been wrongly dismissed as he knew I was good at it.  He therefore approached me and asked if I could to cover a member of Staff in London for a short period of time
 
I lost my job in Dubai because Mrs Farah Nawaz (Mr Haroon Mahmoods wife) thought that she ran the company and did not like my cost cutting ideas. She thought I was a threat to her, even though she was not an employee of the company. As she is avery jealous woman, Haroon Mahmood had to have a man as Personal Assistant.

I have read all the reports on this web site and agree with all of them, apart for Haroons reply. I feel the Mahmood brothers (Scum of the earth) have not only let their Staff down but also cheated their customers out of their hard earned money which was invested in good faith in MinC projects such as for example the Dubai Marina project. The Escrow law did not kick off when this project was bought out, hence  over 35 million AED (5,833,000.00) was used by Kamran Mahmood (from customers money) to invest in other projects that failed without informing even Staff. The Head of Finance was changed three times and each time the Finance Director would leave all of a sudden because they had uncovered irregular funds withdrawn under the authority of Kamran Mahmood. These funds were never accounted for.
 
These two criminal brothers Kamran and Haroon need to be brought to justice. They think they are good talkers but in reality they are just bull s******s. I CAN ONLY SAY SORRY TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS AND THE GOOD STAFF.
 
WE ALL NEED TO GET TOGETHER AND CONTACT THE FRAUD OFFICE AT NEW SCOTLAND YARD and the CANADIAN AUTHORITIES. THEY NEED TO ANSWER FOR THEIR WRONGDOINGS NOW.I ask the Mahmood brothers to come clean and reply to phone calls and e mails.

Laurie Bellew, if you have nothing to hide why then have you resigned and work one day a week? Laurie lives in Kent with his wife and child. Laurie, you became a Director of Mondo thinking that by putting MinC into liquidation you would be OK by setting up under the new name of Mondo Hospitality you could get away with it and ignore your old customers. Laurie, YOU ARE JUST GUILTY AS THE MAHMOOD BROTHERS).

There should be a LAW in this country to stop Scum like the Mahmood Brothers putting companies into liquidation then opening up with the same people but under a different name.

I ask you, the Scum brothers do you even care about the number of people you have hurt and ruined by not paying them back funds which they lent to your companies as loans? Boubyon Bank (your funding partner for a few years) will also be receiving a letter from me, as they should know what you have done. I urge everyone to keep in touch with this web site and I will reply to everyone's report and try and guide investors, customers that are owed money, and which AUTHORITIES they can contact for advice and help.
