Mini shop.com. Motta miniature shop Does not ship, threatens with collection agency Palentia, Internet and California
Placed an order for a small amount (less than 20). They sent an email saying my credit card expired and gave me a number. The number never answers and when it did the person said they couldn't help they were sales. All of a sudden I started getting phone calls threatening to send me to colllections without a return number. Then I get an email saying I owe collection fees, etc. They never shipped the product but said it is part of their sales contract that they send unpaid orders to collections. They are rude, dishonest and defiantly do not understand retail business
