Mirage Pools JOB ABANDONMENT, SHODDY CONSTRUCTION, IGNORED! Rip-off! Greenacres, Florida
Had a leak from day one. Deck cracked in every corner. Tiles Cracked. Concrete all over exterior house & screens. Fiber Optic not working properly. We filed several complaints to BBB all remain unresolved. Three years now and still no certificate of completion or final inspection.
Mirage office staff constantly chang, sub contractors constantly change. AWFUL customer service. Mirage does it their way regardless of what the customer requests. Most inspections Yellow Tagged with problems. Pool was filled with water and we didn't have electricity hooked to it for five days, yet they made us pre-sign a paper stating we're responsible for its care during the critical 24-48 hour time period after being filled with water.
My property was littered with food, drinks, garbage, boards with nails sticking out. All of the orange barrier was strewn in my yard, it was only put up into place before a scheduled inspection - I had an unprotected huge murky hole in the yard and three kids in the house! The Supervisor "Manny" pretended to be a non-english speaking sub when we finally met him because he didn't want to deal with our concerns. 5 Months to get our pool to near completion. Zero customer service, Zero customer satisfaction, Zero response to anything!
