Mitch, I had horrific problems with Amazon and my credit card which I don't have to go into. Their customer service in India in inept, incompetent, inexperienced and poorly trained. The only way I got results was to directly call the Seatlle corporate office. You can get names and numbers from Hoovers.com. The people in Seattle responded and helped me. Other than that, I'm never using Amazon again. Vicky Los Angeles
