My lease is up in about 7 months as of right not it looks like i will have to re-finance the balloon payment another 24 months. the milage penality is so steep I would end up owing another 10k because I went over the mile limit. I wil never buy another new car from Mitsubishi.

I did but the Lawyer told me there was nothing he could do, because I signed the contract. I also tried to get someone from Mitsu. to help me but it was useless they could not because Customer Service/Mitsu. were not willing to help at all. So I am stuck with my car till May 2007 and then I am returnng it and will have to pay all the mileage I went over, which is alot and I guess the little minor stuff that my caar has. Which will probably be alot of money. I love the car but if I keep it I will end up paying too much and will probably have to finance it for three more years and by the time I finish paying that it will probably not even work. I guess I just have to suck it up and just deal with it. Next time I will read my contract when I get a new car!!!!
