JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



-Answer calls, emails and provide appropriate information to customer inquires.
-Respond promptly to customer requests and help customer better understand our products.
-Process Individual Customers orders
-Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with all customers, co-workers, and vendors.
-Order and maintain office supplies for company
-Perform accurate data entry
-Assist Accounting/Admin department with various administrative tasks
- Office works (mailing, filing, copying, faxing, shredding, etc)
- Other duties as assigned






QUALIFICATIONS:



-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Ability to multi-task on a priority basis
-General knowledge in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
-Self-Motivated, Reliable, Fast Learner, Hard Working.
-Detail-oriented and fast-paced worker
-Team player and Flexible
